After you are logged in and are on the job listing page, you can click on any job title which takes you to the full job description.

On this page, on the right-hand side, bottom you will see a list of social media links (Google +, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

You can click on any of these icons to start sharing this job with your network.

A unique link is generated which is linked to your account so that when sharing this to your network and someone views and applies for this role, they are automatically recognized by the system as your referral.
