Now that you've created your profile, you'll automatically be taken to the "Jobs" section of the site to see open job opportunities.

You can either apply for these jobs or you can refer someone to apply.




Additionally, you can filter your job search:



Once you find a job you'd like to apply for, simply click "Apply" on the job details:



When you click "Apply" you'll see a notification that your application has been received. From there, you can view similar positions:



Similarly, if you find a job you think one of your contacts may be a good fit for, you can refer them to the job instead:



When you click "Refer," you will be asked to fill in additional fields to provide your referral's name and contact information. You'll also be asked to explain your work relationship, and to describe how closely this person's profile fits the job description:



When you've submitted your referral, you'll see a notification that your referral has been sent. 

Note: In addition to sending this referral, we recommend that you reach out to your contact directly and encourage them to apply for the position. If they are placed in the position due to your referral, you may be eligible for rewards.



You can also go to your Dashboard, where you can view alerts or any rewards you may receive from your referrals:



On the left-hand side of your screen, you can also view jobs, your applications, your referrals, and messages.



To view your applications, upcoming interviews and assessments simply click on "Applications":


Here, you can see jobs you've already applied to:


You can see interview requests:


And your assessments:



Next, take a look at your referrals:


You can import your contacts:



Invite connections via email:



And track referred jobs:




You can also view any messages you may have in your profile:


When you view settings, you can take a look at "Account Settings," where you can allow other people to refer you to jobs, you can check your payments or you can reset your password.


When you click on "Payments," you will see a screen that shows your payment history:



You can also connect to a PayPal account by clicking on the "PayPal Account" button:


You can also reset your password by clicking the "Reset Password" button under "Account Settings," then filling in the required fields:




You can also view/update your notification settings to determine what kind of texts or emails you may want to receive:



Another option to access "Settings" is on the top right-hand side of your screen. Click on your name, then find "Settings" in the drop-down menu:



Also in the top right-hand corner of your screen, you can click "My Profile" to view and update the details you provided when you created your profile:



To sign out, simply click on the "Sign Out" button either on the left-hand side of your screen or on the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your screen.
