Add Job necessary information :

The first step in Job creation starts with just some basic information, which includes choosing a Job Posting Template with a pre-loaded Field glass template, Selection of Site, Business Unit & Cost Center. Apart from this, other important info including Duration of Assignment, Description, Timings of Shift, Break & Pay Rate details, and adding multiple shifts.

Add Instructions for the shifts and On-Site Contact Person :

After the Initial Job details are filled in, you need to add the instructions necessary (Which mostly would be auto fetched from Fieldglass) and an On-Site contact person for the shift, which by default would be the person requesting workers through a Job Requisition.

In the Additional Information section, there would be details such as Requestor's Phone number, Actual Work location, Interview Required, etc. which will be having default values initially and can be modified, if necessary.

Review the Job Posting and Submit it :

Once the Instructions are filled in, you would be redirected to a final screen where you can review the Job posting details like Location, Shift duration, Consolidated spend, etc.

The consolidated spend gives an overview of the spend for a specific job requisition with a detailed breakdown of necessary information like Markups, Avg. Worker Payrate, Total Spend, etc.

Once you review the details finally and click on publish, the Job creation would be posted successfully.
