Once a Job Requisition is made, you can invite workers specifically for a job for matched workers for the shift and also for workers who are in the talent pool.
From the detailed view inside a Job posting, you get a list of all matched candidates. After you click on the Notify option a pre-set up template for invite opens up which you can edit & send an invite. Through this, Hiring Managers can notify the matched workers for a Job.
The Worker gets notified for this particular job match and there are higher chances of a worker to accept the match.
You can also invite candidates who are not on the matched list but are a part of the talent pool. To Invite them, click on the top-right icon that indicates ' Invite '.
Upon which, a list of candidates in the talent pool opens up. You can either send a single invite or invite candidates in bulk by selecting the check box of all workers you wish to Invite.
