Adding candidates to the talent pool and inviting them to the platform can be done through the App.

To access this, Firstly from the Home screen click on the Left Menu, from which you need to select the ' My Candidates ' option. Which will take to a list view of all the candidates that are in the talent pool.



The list consists of the candidates that are already invited, to add a new invite to ' My candidates ' press on the ' + ' icon in the top right and fill the form with basic details of that you want to invite.


Once you fill the form with necessary info like Name, Email, Skills, etc & the candidate accepts the invite which would be sent via SMS, they would be onboarded to the Application.
