There are multiple phases in the Job requisition lifecycle where the Hiring Mangers would like to communicate with the candidates.

WillHire for Managers covers few important touchpoints where Hiring Managers can seamlessly engage with the Workers powered by In-App chat.

1) From Matches generated Post Job Requisition :

When a Job Requisition is made, immediate matches are generated to it where highly suitable candidates for that shift are shown based on few key parameters.

Though they are already notified automatically through App Push notifications, a special note from the Hiring Manager would just be that cherry on the cake for the Workers to show more interest in the job requisition.

Hiring Managers can instantly click on ' Notify ' from the matches generated to share a personalized note if necessary which would be communicated to the candidate immediately.


2) In Screening Process before Hire :

It's good to have a quick conversation with a candidate before Hire to see if he's good. Or if you'd like to choose between multiple candidates it's always better to choose to engage with them to make the final decision. You can directly chat with the candidates by clicking on the chat icon while reviewing the screen.

3) Post Hire :

After Hiring, If there's anything essential to be shared with the candidates like Instructions or Prerequisites. They can be directly shared with the In-App chat and would be received by the candidate instantly.
